Pacman Frog Care

Overview
Pacman frogs come in almost every color, but only come in one shape, round. They are both beautiful and vicious.

Tank Size
Pacman frogs can stay in a 10 gallon tank for their entire lives, despite their large size.

Setup
Be sure to include a large water bowl in every tank. Water should be changed out very frequently.

Substrate
Eco-earth aka coco fiber.

Heating
Lower 80's during the day and can fall to lower 70's at night. Heating can be accomplished with lights or Under tank heaters put on the side.

Lighting
UVB lighting can be beneficial but is not required. DO NOT USE UVB LIGHTS WITH ALBINOS, IT WILL KILL THEM.

Feeding
Babies should be fed every day with their food being dusted every other time. Adults should be fed a couple times a week. Mice can be fed seldomly to adults. Crickets, nightcrawlers, roaches, krill, and mice are good feeders.

Social Structure
Don't keep these frogs together. They very well could eat each other. If ever they could be kept together, it would be in a tank much larger than a ten gallon, and they would have to be adults that were fed heavily and often.

Hope this helped.
