Re: Kicking off the Fish Section
love your plecos!!! I had one that was about a foot long, then it died. Probably old age. I have a 70 gallon tank with a earthmover Geophagus and two Severum, one's a green and the other a gold and they have paired up. They've laid eggs a dozen of times, but nothings come of them. I think it would be neat to see the combination between the two. I'll put pics up, once my wife brings back the camera. Ohhh...by the way, welcome to the forum!!!

Beautiful plecos. Glad to have someone as experienced as you on the forum kim.
Re: Kicking off the Fish Section
All my plecos are still small, but at least 3 of those species get over a foot long.
I had a foot long "common" pleco, but my damn tilipia decided to eat him one day.
My "monster" fish
Red Tail Catfish
Tilapia buttikoferi
This is a baby photo, but hes pushing 10inchs now.
Asian Upsidedown Catfish
And I have an ornate bichir, but him and the Asian upsidedown cat are never in the open to get a photo.

I am a huge fan of plecos myself. You have so many and they are all so interesting. I didn't know there are so many different ones. Great pictures as always.
